Busy Beez Classrooms

Our infant rooms provide your child with a warm and nurturing environment. Our teachers spend time with each child to ensure they feel safe, secure and loved.

Infant teachers encourage brain development by encouraging exploration and interaction with the children during normal periods of the day. Our teachers use feeding and diapering time to encourage language development through song, and conversation. Our goal is to provide your child with a "home away from home". 

Children in our 2-year-old room follow a consistent daily schedule which includes large and small group activities, outside play time, center time and set meal periods. Our 2-year-old room is designed to provide a variety of open-ended materials to encourage exploration of learning. 

Our 2-year old's take a single nap after lunch each day. Children sleep on cots with a blanket and sheet provide by their family.  

Our classroom provides a diaper changing station and is also set up to help begin potty training, once your child shows signs of readiness, and the family is ready to begin the task of potty training, children will be promoted to the 3-year-old room once they are potty trained. 

Our 3- to 4-year-old classroom teaches the children to work with others, follow directions, self-regulate, follow routines, and develop self-help skills. We concentrate on letter and number recognition, early literacy, counting, and writing using play-based learning. We want to create a fun and interactive environment that will make every child excited about school!

To advance to this classroom a child must be fully potty trained and be able to go to the bathroom without assistance. 

Teachers follow a daily schedule including circle time, center time, outside play and a variety of teacher directed learning activities. Activities include arts and crafts, story time, music and movement and more, all surrounding the weekly/monthly themes. 

We prepare students for productive school days with an effective morning routine that establishes daily goals. Our classroom environment fosters self-awareness, integrity, responsibility, and a sense of purpose. We promote organization, responsibility, and self-awareness within a structured and nurturing setting for homework. Additionally, we offer afternoon snacks to support their learning journey.
